The owner was great. He was quick with email responses and very helpful. The house was clean and tidy and of a good size. The Bellavida resort is nice and conveniently located. It was quite quiet when we were there (Memorial weekend) and the clubhouse pool was large and almost always empty. All major theme parks are a 20 minute drive away in light traffic (30 mins at rushour) but it's an easy drive. Walmart is a 5 minute walk away. Next time we come to Orlando we will be booking this house again. Praise surely can't come higher than that.

The villa was perfect to accommodate 8 to 10 people and exactly as described having all of the amenities required including a manager who responded quickly to queries. Being in a gated community provided a sense of security which was reassuring with young children. Close proximity to retail outlets, parks and activities eliminated stressful travel. SeaWorld was definitely a holiday highlight for all ages and Shingle Creek Conservation Park (a 5 min. drive) was an added bonus for family pictures, kayaking, exploring etc. Villa owners were extremely pleasant to deal with. The overall experience was A1 and we would highly recommend this vacation villa to those considering a visit to the Kissimmee/Orlando area.

I have been holidaying in Florida since 1987. Hence I.ve stayed in hotels, villas and houses in the Orlando area. This is a superior house, 4 double bedroom with 4 ample size bathrooms. The kitchen is well equiped and the lounge is large. TV's in every room with Netflix etc. The whole house is decorated in high quality fittings through-out. The garage is converted into a games room which is excellent to keep the teenagers amused. Very nice patio area with good size pool and jacuzzi. This is not overlooked by the neighbours as each house is offset. The rear view is wooded area so very private. Bella Vida is a very nice, safe gated community which I have stayed at before. Its spotless and very well kept. Very good position just off the 192. Theme parks within easy drive as are all the shops, food outlets and restaurants. Overall I could not fault the house, Bella Vida or the owners who kept in touch leading up to the holiday, also helping get a gate pass for the entrance during our stay -5 Stars

If your looking for a base to do Disney, universal and/or sea world parks, then this is the place to stay!!! Location is perfect, 15 mins to Disney, 20 mins to universal, 500 yards from a massive Walmart…just over an hour to Kennedy space centre. Gated security giving you peace of mind while your out exploring for the day. The villa was exactly as advertised, very clean, spacious, massive tv to watch your favourite team win on(or in my case ….loose😔) Pool area was great to relax in at the end of full on days, not overlooked by anyone. Right from the first enquiry, responses were really quick and answered every question. Next time we decide to visit Orlando area, this will be the first villa I check for availability

Dealing with the owner was a breeze from start to finish. Nothing was too much hassle. The property is even more beautiful in reality, pictures dont do it justice. Everything was perfect and the attention to detail like little bottles of shampoo to get you started until you can get to shops was a welcome treat. Plenty of towels provided too. Beds were very comfortable also. The area is very secure and the gate staff were lovely. There is a massive Walmart 2 mins drive away which was super handy and a chik fila which my girla loved. (Other places were close by but this was one of their faves) The location was 30mins drive to all parks pretty much and was easy to navigate especially just using google maps on our phone. If you are planning a visit to Florida, I would recommend this villa 100% and will be back myself as soon as I get the funds for another trip. Thanks Tony for letting us share your wonderful home.

Spent 2 weeks at this property. Very clean and everything you need. Gym very handy. Great location for Disney parks and restaurants. As there were 6of us was great to all have our own en-suites.

We have stayed at Bellavida in this very property once before and, as then, were blown away at just how awesome it was during our entire stay. It is in a secure gated community, beautifully sited on a boulevard with the pool/rear deck looking out in total privacy over a tree filled nature reserve-ish land. The property is beautifully laid out, immaculately clean and had all we needed for our arrival prior to doing a little food shopping at the WalMart a few minutes down the road, but far enough away to not be heard. Traveling to Bellavida and accessing the villa was easy and smoothe and Tony was, as before, very quick to respond whenever we needed to contact him which was just to confirm one or two items regarding our upcoming departure. Beds were super comfy, it was just unfortunate that we only had two "mong" (rest-up) days to fully enjoy the property as a home and relax in the jacuzzi/pool. Also we did not have the opportunity to use the clubhouse and large zero-entry pool sited there. This will be first choice on our return as it is circa 20min drive from the parks (c35mins to Universal Studios)and just great to return to after the many a-hectic days out. I just hope that it will be available then. Many thanks Tony & Jackie for helping to make this and the previous trips to Orlando that extra special. 😁👏

Excellent villa everything you need for a great vacation

Great property. Good commnication with owner, great location for disney 20 mins . Wallmart next door to bellavida. Cant fault property, great to have your own bathròom in every bedroom. Pool and hot tub are great to have. Would recommend having the pool heated. 85 inch tv is good in sitting area.Plenty of pots pans etc in kitchen. Just as a side note we hired a car from turo well worth it. No queues at airport no trying to get you to have upgrades and a fair bit cheaper. We had a very special holiday at this property and only wish we were all stìll there. Big thanks to Tony
